debt consolidation help

I was very ill a few years ago and a part time professional and Mom. I am now in a divorce and have had to put legal fees on credit cards as well as provide for myself until I could get on my feet. I now have a full time job plus private therapies to make over 65,000 plus but credit card interests have risen to over 20 percent and up. I feel I can pay my debt but not at this interst rate and have just started to realize I need to find a cheaper way. I presently have debt paid to date but need help ASAP.
