I borrowed $350 from them and have since paid them back $210 ($105 per pay period). According to the OK laws - they were charging me $105 per pay period instead of the $45 plus $.46 cents. I would like to work out a payoff payment plan, however, I want to be sure I have my figures correct before I discuss my account with them. I checked the Oklahoma Licensing website and they are the only IPDL that is licensed in Oklahoma. I closed my bank account and have since been trying to work out payment plans with the IPDL's - hopefully they will work with me. Thanks again.

That is what I thought too, but they were charging me $105 per pay period to renew - that is not what the Oklahoma states that they can do. Also, the law states that a borrower must pay off the loan on thier due date and that the loan can not be renewed (also noted below).

Extensions
In accordance with Oklahoma law, your loan must be paid in full on the due date. Early payoff requests must be received at least 2 business days prior to your due date.

Fees and Charges
Your loan fees will be flat, non-refundable fee of $0.46 per loan, plus $15.00 per $100 borrowed for the first $300 borrowed, and $10.00 per every additional $100 borrowed.

Thanks again for your help.

I'm surprised also. They are licensed in OH and they are following the OH pdl laws here. OH doesn't allow roll overs and CashNetUSA will not let an OH consumer have any roll overs. So I am surprised as well that they are doing this. But on the bright side, they will work with you and they aren't nasty like the other ipdls.

Cashnetusa may be changing I guess. But they are usually the nicest people to talk to. I don't understand the debt issue myself. However, you would really be better off contacting them on the phone than trying write them an email. I believe they are opened on Saturdays as well. Call them and see what they tell you.

cashnetusa were one of the rudist I had to work with, they do not forgive any of the fees they charged in the past and will not pull any of it off the amount owed. They want all their money. As far as payment arrangement, they split it into 3 payments of $300, which I can't afford to pay. Maybe once they don't get their payments they will come down a little on the payments so I can afford to pay them.
