I have fallen for the payday loan trap. I now have 9 of them =3,668 total payoff. I applied for a personal loan and was ripped off by a Nigerian Internet Scammer who asked for $1,000 and would deposit $10,000 in my account........well he got the $1,000 and this week $1,627 my whole paycheck and I have yet to see the 10k
I cannot pay my rent, car or IRS and am in big trouble I don't qualify now for any loan due to poor credit
Can anyone help? Thank you

I will go ahead and warn you about Aarowhead and GFS. If you default with Aarowhead, they will more than likely send you to Bass & Associates, which is another ball field. They will try to rip you off for what you are worth, or at least what they can get from you. And several have had problems with GFS, so be cautious about defaulting with them also. By the way, what state are you in??

Also, send a Wage Assignment Revocation to Tremont Financial immediately via certified mail. They will send it to your payroll department regardless of your certified mail receipt. Be sure to talk to your payroll or HR department about this as well - don't be embarrassed, we all need help from time to time. I have a general email I sent to my office staff explaining the situation and the tactics that these people will try to get me to pay - at least they are pre-warned about these companies potential threats. Also, prepare to write to your states Dept. of Consumer Credit and State Attorney Generals

Ten Dollar Payday Loan will give you hell, best believe. They don't like to debt consolidation as they would rather work with you themselves. They are illegal in several states. Try to work out an arrangement with them that you can afford and don't let them try to get to agree to something that they want. They are vicious and cruel individuals.
