Me and my husband have 2 cashcall loans. They are at a 59.9% interest rate. It cost us $500 a mnth for both loans (they are $5000 each). Payments are for 10 years. If I stay with them we would have paid about $30,000 for a 5,000 loan. I have tried numerous times to refinance these loans but no one approves us. I tryed to have CashCall lower the interest rate but they refused. I was thinking of doing debt negotiation. Any pros and cons? Has anyone dealt with CashCall? They are a "high interest personal loan company" based out of California. How can I get them to lower their interest rate so we can pay them off faster? Please help me.

Welcome to the site!

Can you let us know what state you are located in? This will help us to find the licensing information for your state and to give you some advice.

Also, since you have registered with this site, a debt counselor will be calling you to offer options for debt consolidation or settlement. Feel free to discuss this situation with them when they call - there's a very good chance they might be able to help you.

No problem, princess-

I have researched on this site, and I've only found one other thread on this company, but it didn't have a lot of information on it - just basically what you've listed above. They're a high credit risk lender that charges high interest rates.

Hopefully someone else will have more info on them.

I was the one that put the post on. The scary thing about this company is they are like a storefront. They have a bank that backs them. Thats how the storefronts operate and get by with it. I would try a complaint with the Attorney Generals office. This is one scary deal. KYSIDE38
