I filed complaints with my state Attorney General's office a month ago (concerning IPDL's and overpayment and not licensed in my state). I haven't had any response from them, even that they received my complaints. Can anyone tell me from experience how long it takes to get a response from them? I have called and left message, but no return call or response. I would like to hear experiences from other people about their dealings with Attorney General office of their state. Thanks so much.

I am in Tn. and I sent them a letter by mail. I mailed same letter to DOF and received reply a couple of weeks ago that since the businesses were not licensed in Tn, it was not under them and told me I might file a civil suit against them.

I had my response within a week also. Make sure you follow up on this. Call them if necessary. Like I have said many times before those complaints are working. KYSIDE38
