Banks in Maryland that may not use chex systems??

I am in a heap of debt and am TRYING to start fresh. I keep getting turned down by banks for a new checking account, is there ANY bank that may not do a chex systems check? It just seems hopeless at this point!

Also, you can register here and talk to one of the consultants regarding your debts. He will figure out your options and draft a payment plan. It will become easier paying debts in the consolidation program if you are having difficulties paying on your own.

i have registered here too many times, everytime I try to log in there is a problem with my password and I have to reset it, it is sooo annoying, I don't know if it me, my pc or the site but it drives me nuts. easier to just post and read as a guest than have to fight to log in all the time. Grr!
