Hello,

I have out 4 payday loans that are killing me financially because of the interest rates. I've seen people on the forum talking about T&C being a company that can possibly help you make arrangements for payday loans. Can you please give me their phone number and information.

Welcome to the site jmac5680,
Now that you have registered with the site and credit counselor will be contacting you to discuss your options. In the meantime, why don't you tell us a little more about your situation. Are you dealing with storefront or on-line lenders. What are the names of your loan company's and have you done a search on those places to see if others have had to deal with them?

Also, check to see if these places are even legal. Go to paydayloaninfodotorg to check your state laws. Also, check to see if they're licensed by doing a google search on Pollyandsay's log and finding your state. Good luck to you.

Three of my lenders are online Lenders (PayDayOk, MyCashNow, Check n' Go), and my fourth one is a local Detroit lender called Cash Connection. Just Wondering, if I call these places first, is it usually possible to make payment arrangements directly with them, without going through an outside party?

I myself have dealt with Paydayok and Mycashnow...Paydayok accepted my payment arrangements and never called and harrassed me. They did all their communicating by email. Mycashnow was very horrible to work with, they would not accept any of my payment proposals and sent me to a very nasty collection agency. The most important thing to do is communicate with them, don't ignore them..it will only make things worse.
