Chalk one up for the good folks

Well i let see i was notified i am locked out of paydayselect.com and i got a PIF letter. Here is what i sent them the other day

I was able to obtain this info from all the awesome people and moderators here or at least get the link then i went to my states supreme court website to get the specifics. Steelers and suebeehoney70 thanks a ton because here is what i got back from them today

And i got this same letter for the IPDL my wife had through them as well. The funny thing is even with our overages on the fees figured in they chose to give us PIF and we hadnt even paid back the full principal amount. Guess i called them out and they got scared and its easier to close it a give us a PIF letter than risk anything. Too bad I already reported them. They are mailing a letter as well. Oh and i am asking for the fee I had to pay to lock em out of my account as well. So to all with the help of the people on this site it can be done. If you have to deal with paydayselect, look up your state law then call them out..apparently the email i made above worked for me!!!!!!1
