Janet---If you register (its free) as a member on here you will receive a phone call (also free) from a debt counselor. You can discuss your debt and financial situation with them. They can then advise you of different options regarding your payday loans. As a member you can also ask and answer questions on here. When you say the PDLs don't work with you, do you mean that you aren't paying or what?

Guest, if you register, as Lorri says, a debt counselor will call you. In the meantime, are the loans internet or store front? Here is a link to check the laws in your state. Make sure the PDLs are following the laws for your state. paydayloansinfo.org. If they are debiting from your account, talk to your bank and see if they can put on block on them so you can get control back of your finances. Let us know if you have any further questions we can help you with.

Guest familiarize yourself with the site and check out the information on your payday loan lenders. Everyone on here is really wonderful at helping you out. The first step is reasearching your state laws so you know how much you are required to pay. I had 7 when I came on also and now I am down to one and have gotten almost $700 back in refunds.

Please register with the site and someone will contact you to discuss your options.

I am curious as to which payday loans you have and whether they are storefront or internet. And by the way, where are you in?

I was in the same spot you were in a few months ago. And then I came here and everyone has helped me so much that I am about to pay one of the loans in full.

to all of you who have gotten knee deep in payday loans. stop taking out payday loans please. you all are simply spending your hard earned money way faster than you actually get it. stop buying sh-t you cannot afford to buy when you get your actual paycheck after you have paid all of your regular bills and debts you already have. no god, government or lawmaker said you must have fancy cars and luxury items that you truly cannot afford to have. if you watch a normal t.v. you will live. if you wear normal clothes you will live. if you eat a healthy balanced diet you will live. try free excercises they are free. water is free. drive a car you can afford or take public transportation. go to the park or library or something that does not put you into debt. save money for a rainy day. if you are already this deep into debt you still have the right as a citizen of the united states of america to file bankruptcy for real and start over. it really works. stop taking out payday loans and borrowing money you cannot afford to payback without expecting someone to give you till the year 2099 to pay them back. you don't really expect them to be nice when you took money and failed to pay them back did you? nothing is really free- especially when you have to sign for something. so stop whining and start winning. then you will be truly blessed and not blissed. p.s. stop including god in on your insatiable appetite for material and ungodly possessions. preachers and church fold are the worst.

Thank you for your input. But I do believe that most I have come to know here who have fallen into this trap had done so not because they wanted to live beyond their means but rather because some type of event occurrred in their life and they had no other option but to take out pdls. Nobody is whining, give me a break. We are here to give those advice on how to deal with these companies, especially for the unlicensed ones, and to show them the way out of the trap and prevent it in the future.

clear conscience,
most have had major bad events happen and needed the access to cash that these places advertise and they do so in a predatory manner and they usually dont disclose everything. The internet ones bombard you with emails and most seem to knowingly break state and in some cases federal law with their predatory practices.
