We are not a payday loan site, nor are we connected to any loan company. However, we might be able to help you find the contact info for the company you're looking for, if you'll post the name shown on your bank statement - it will be on the same line as the debit that you're asking about.

Also, did you close a bank account and re-open another at the same bank? That might be how the company was able to debit your account, if you had a loan with them in the past. Even if it's not the same company you dealt with before - internet payday loan companies are notorious for changing names so they can continue to debit your account if you block one of their company names - they just switch names and go right on debiting your account.

Talk with your bank manager and explain the situation to them. If you do not have any outstanding payday loans at this time, and you feel this debit was an unauthorized one, tell the bank manager you wish to file fraud charges against the company that debited your account, and that you want the debits reversed.
