hi, I have gotten myself in the payday loan trap, and now I can not keep up. My bank accout is negative so I get another loan, how soon can I get the debt management plan to start?

Welcome to the Forums :D It may take a few days since this is the weekend, but someone from your area will contact you. Are your pdls internet or storefront? It makes a difference, because usually the store front ones operate within state laws, unlike the internet ones. Check your state laws to see if the companies are licensed to do business in your state. Keep us posted!..Karen

Jules go to (www.paydayloaninfo.org) and look up your state laws on payday lending. Also check your secretary of states website to see if a particular company is licensed to do business in your state. Kyside38
