How do I get them to stop calling cell(not me)

Call them back and advise them that the person they are trying to reach is not the owner of that number. If they ask who you are, advise them that they don't need that information and insist that they stop calling or you will report them for harrassment.

Whoever they are looking for, probably had the # before you, b/c this has happened to me before and I had to end up changing my cell # b/c creditors were calling my cell 24/7 looking for this individual.

Next time you get them on the phone I would get their address and company name to send them a C&D letter along with some phrase saying you will sue for harassment should they continue to do so.

If they were calling you at home then magically got the cell # I would assume that someone is giving it out.
