Welcome to the site! If this is an internet loan, you will almost certainly need to close your bank account to stop the debits, as many internet companies will simply debit your account under a different D/B/A (doing business as) name if you block their payment under the original business name.

Talk to your bank and explain that you need to close your account and open another to regain control of your finances. Most bank managers will be understanding of this situation and will work with you.

Also, please post what company you are working with and whether it is an internet or storefront loan, and what state you are located in - as kyside mentioned above - this information will help us give you advice to stop this company from hounding you.
