Do NOT pay this company a DIME!!!! They are LYING to you. They will threaten you with arrest, false charges, what they are doing is illegal. DO NOT SEND THEM A DIME!!!! Is this for a defaulted payday loan? Next time they call tell them you already went to the police station to turn yourself in and they didn't know what was going on but are interested in the people making those threats to you. I bet the caller from Bass and Associates hangs up FAST! DON'T SEND THESE PEOPLE A DIME! They have pulled this threat on several people here. You need to file a complaint with Florida's Attorney General as well as you own state's Attorney General.

Don't be scared of this collection agency. There are many complaints against this CA. Report them to your state AG and request for immediate actions.

Have you got the debt validated in writing by this CA? They need show you the complete info before you start paying them. Make sure that you don't end up paying to someone who doesn't have your info. Don't be afraid of their threats which they claim to be legal. There is nothing real in it.

You owe several cash advances. Call the lenders and make payment arrangements with them. This Bass and Associates hasn't confirmed in writing that they have your account. Do you want to send your money to someone who has not proven anything yet? And people are facing problems with this company regularly. Call the lender and explain that you want to pay off the accounts. Get the paid in full letter after clearing the debts

Do NOT pay these "people"! They cannot take you to jail. There is no debtors prison. This is their scare tactic. Tell them that need their address to request a debt verification letter so your attorney can send them a letter. Even if you don't have an attorney, tell them you do. And watch them start to squirm! LOL!
