Has anyone had any dealings with this collection agency? They are located out of Jacksonville, Florida. I've heard they are a pretty aggressive agency but I have not found that much information on them via the internet. They have a satisfactory record with the BBB. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

If I were in your place, I will check with the attorney general and the Secretary of State and know feedbacks about this company. It will be clear if they are licensed in your state for doing collections. Since they are a collection agency, they need to validate the debt. Make sure that you have checked all charges before paying them. If you aren't comfortable working with the CA, make arrangements with the original creditor.
