Are these PDL lenders licensed to lend in Wisconsin

If Wisconsin has no cap on interest from a PDL, doesn't the PDL lender still have to be licensed in the state you live in? If so, does anyone know if these listed pdls are licensed to lend in Wisconsin?

I also live in Wisconsin and I never found any of my PDL's to be licensed. The fact the Wisconsin has no interest cap really sucks.
