GFSIL is bad business

I have had a loan with GFSIL since April 2006. I just occurred to me that they were still taking $79.00 out of my account now Jnauary 07. Isn't it against the law to keep taking out the $79.00 without paying down the laon at some point. Some legal eagle please help.
