I took a loan out for $300.00 from arrowhead investments,I had to close my bank account becouse when I was giving my info for the loan from arrowhead, a pop-up opened and had all of my info. filled in. It was for a "secrec cash card" I clicked the "X" to close the box, well they took my info and withdrew $49.95 from my bank account and 2 days later did it again. Now I have a Mrs.Swartz calling my work and harrasing me, saying she will get the county sherrif to come get me, does the same thing to my wife, called our references and thretened to have them locked up if they didn't pay it.. Arrowhead investments are loan sharks and will keep taking money from your bank account !!!!!! you can't stop them, if they change 1 letter in their name or the dollar amount , your bank will put it through !!!! trust me, I have lost everything I had in the bank becouse of them, I lost my job becouse of them, I can't pay my rent becouse they took the money from my bank......These people are crooks.. I did contact the attorney generals office and a lawyer where I like to see if I can stop them and to sue the living shit out of them......BE CAREFULL....DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THEM...THEY ARE THIEVES!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Welcome to the forums Bob. Please register and join us here we need people like you. I totally agree this internet thing with payday loans is horrible. What state are you in? You can go to http://www.paydayloaninfo.org and look up your state laws. Most likely they are not licensed in your state either. Check the secretary of states website to check on that. You did the right thing contacting the AG. They have been great in my state. Best Wishes Kyside38

I will always say to sue such companies. You will have to pay the court costs and attorney fees in the beginning. It is a win win case because the company did not keep up to the terms mentioned in the contract. After you win, Arrowhead will have to pay you for the damages including the court costs and attorney fees.
