Welcome to the forums. As you said that you have made the payments in full, but it is still appearing in your credit report. It must have been due to some communication gap that resulted this problem.

Please send a letter to your creditor asking them to update your accounts information with the credit bureaus. Also, you can send a letter to the credit bureau asking for verification of the credit report. They will conduct an investigation with your information providers and if any changes are made in your credit report, they will update it within 30 days.

I am sure that this problem will get fixed very soon. Also keep copies of your correspondence because it will serve as a proof later of your efforts made.
