I have a customer with prsm/cbsd on his credit report...we are trying to find out who to contact about the account.

Well when I typed that whole thing in on the bbb.org website, It popped up with one result and that was Prsm Sports and Fitness Health Club in Huntsville, AL. When I typed in just the CBSD part it listed a bunch of Citibanks. Not sure if any of this helps, but it could be a start.
PRSM/CBSD Accounts?
It my also be a Macy's account - several retailers are re-aligning their credit services and converting their customers to a standard Citibank MC or Visa.
