How to stop these people??!??!

Hello... I've issued a criminal complaint against US Fast Cash. They keep calling me at my office. I advised them verbally on 3 occasions that I cannot be reached at the office. They don't care. So, I have now filed with the Washington State Attorney General's office a criminal complaint against them for violation of the Fair Debt Collection Act of 1979 (PL 95-109). Yet they still call!!!
I promised if they call me at home, I will offer a settlement. They refused.

Most creditors continue to call until they are assured of some arrangements with you. Give them a call and try to work out something regarding this loan. Keep filing your complaints with the FTC and the local AG requesting investigations on them.
