Good morning :)

I was wondering where the template letters are available.

I wanted to have one for the guy at United Processing who thinks he's going to get me to pay $580 for a $200 loan. He's already called my office morning...I told him I wasn't in! I knew he was going to call today!!

If I didn't have this great website to come to, I probably would have buckled because I wouldn't have known it was my right. They do a great job at scaring people and probably make millions from people who can't afford it!

Thanks!

Debra

No she didn't . . . . Polly took a lot of time and wrote those letters. She was kind enough to make them available for anyone to use. She is not the one that stole the letter, someone posted her letter and claimed it was theirs.

BTW - When writing the letter, it may be best to reword things and put it more into your own words. That was it's coming more from you and it won't look like the exact same letter everyone else has sent in. It's a great letter, but I'm sure by now every IPDL out there has received at least 10 copies of it . . . . .

Steelers1, I have a question for you. I sent out template letters to all the payday companies. The next day I received a phone call from a collection agency saying they now have this payday loan and checkngo (storefront) no longer services it. What should I do now?
