can the paydayloan people have there lawyers contact you at you job saying their going to send you a summonds at your job? Can they take you to court? Can i go to jail? What happens if i don't communicate with them until i get the money?

First of all you can not go to jail for a debt. What Payday loan company are you dealing with? If this is an internet PDL, they are not going to sue you..chances are they aren't even legal in your state. You defiantly need to communicate with them and let them know of your situation and try to come up with some sort of payment arrangement.
Also check out this website, paydayloaninfo.org and make sure they are following your states laws.

Find out how much payments you have done on the loan? Review it with your state laws. If there is an outstanding balance, make payment arrangements with them in writing. You will have no actions against you. Just keep everything documented so that you can show your proof and defend yourself.

No one should pass threats about legal actions. If they intend to do any such thing, they should notify it in writing rather than calling you and making blank threats. Check for the company's license in your state with the DFI. You will figure out their business feedbacks. If they aren't licensed, they'll never go to the court. File your complaints with the AG's office about their continuous threats

A payday loan can try to contact you to collect the debt. They may try to contact you at your place of employment, depending on which state you are in. They may also contact you at work.

What I would recommend is that you find out what is the laws regarding debts in your state and litigation as well in your state. Then I would send this payday loan company a cease and desist letter that prohibits them from harassing you on your job. Most payday loans do this tactic as a way to embarass you so that you can pay the debt. You cannot allow them to do this to you.
