I have been scammed by Hess Kennedy also!! Beware!! They have taken over $800 from me out of my checking account since July and has not paid any of my creditors! I feel disgusted! I am in a worse situation then before I signed up with them! I have had my paycheck garnished from a Judgement! I have been calling Hess Kennedy everyday and I am put on hold and keep getting the run around! Now I am out of over $800!!!

Question: which one of your creditors agreed to an $800 settlement? It sounds like you need to read your retainer agreement and your consumer disclosures.
