Day one....

**NOTE: While the events in this story are true....I love you, Michelle, and you know I'm just picking on you because I love ya! :) But this is just too good not to share.

Just so everyone knows...Fins and Polly totally kick ass. :) And their kids are ADORABLE! :) But Polly, I wouldn't bank on yours having a singing career....But comedians...YES...

Ok, so in the other thread, Fins mentioned that she got lost.

What she didn't mention is *I* drove 323 miles in 5 hours all by myself and didn't get lost...

And she got lost like 15 miles from her house.

Here's the deal....I drove over to Polly's work to meet her. We had coffee, then she went back to work and I went shopping. Met her back at her work, and we were like "OH CRAP! We're going to be SO LATE!". Because we had arranged with Michelle to meet in a town between her town and Grand Rapids, where I am staying....

So I get a call on my cell phone..Asking if she should be on 84th (I think) st.....NOOOO She should not have been! Polly attempted to give her directions, but she just ended up lost...I believe she was on her way to Kalamazoo...Which is not even CLOSE to where we were going....So we had to go find her.

She was on like the OTHER side of town somehow. I asked her how she got over there...She said, "I don't know..."

I'm pretty sure she was abducted by aliens. Because who gets lost 15 miles from their house? Especially when they've lived there for years...:)

So Day one was kickass...Can't wait till tomorrow! YAY!

Ok...I don't have my photo software on this computer, but I got them printed at Meijer.(I got a copy for you, Fins, it will be in the mail Monday).And so I took a picture of a picture with my phone. :)

Look how adorable we are! YAY!

I had the best weekend ever, you guys. You two mean the world to me, and I loved seeing you guys. You totally have to come down to Columbus sometime soon and hang out where I know where I'm at...lol :) There's a ton to do.

So this is the pic of us at Olive Garden. :)

She is very tall! But I think it's cool. If someone picked on me, she could totally whip them for me. :)

They are both absolutely adorable. They are the coolest 2 people on this planet.

Ok, so I'm going to make someone else famous.

This is the coffee guy at the little Starbucks in Meijer in Grandville. Polly took this shot. I've trained her to be sneaky and take pictures of EVERYONE...She turned off her flash so that he wouldn't know.

Wow this place is a friggin looney bin today.

Anywhoz...

Fins or Jess will tell everyone my **** lady peaing on the road story causing me to crash my truck story so that I don't have to tell it again.

The last 24 hours have been awful. I was fighting with you know who last night and drove down there to kiss and make up. The above happened. He was so there for me after the accident, til he didn't get his way and voila I spent my entire day down there miserable.

Yeah the ish around here is a lil crazee. I thought signing on would relax me and help me feel better, but I guess there isn't any hope til the sun rises.

Fins Jessi I miss you guys. Fins lets get together soon. Jessi come back soon.

Polly, I'm sorry to hear that the guy died..I remember you telling us about the situation on Thursday.

Things will get better, I promise. How about shopping in 2 weeks? I think it would be a lot of fun to drag you into petite stores with me...I know how you love that! :lol:

I talked to him this morning. He is torn up. The media is not reporting things properly. They are saying that he has a prior larceny conviction which is absolutely not true. They are also saying that he is facing 15 years for involuntary manslaughter. Apparently it is more like 3. He is out on bond, and waiting to hear the plea bargain from the prosecutor. I am really sick over this.

I am waiting for the insurance adjuster to look at my truck. One of my friends is going to help me get a rental til I get paid Wednesday.

I took the day off. My neck back and shoulders are very sore.

I am praying that the baby in the other car is ok.

Polly, Fins and Jessi: I'm glad you guys had such a nice time. I'm not too far from Cedar Point but won't be able to make it this year. We're having a family reunion this summer and my daughter is also getting married this summer. If you plan something next summer, though, count me in! I'd love to get together with you guys!

Polly, I'm so sorry about all the problems you've had. Keep your chin up and try to concentrate on the fun you had with Fins and Jessi. I really hope things work out for your friend.
