my husband took a 300 dollar loan out with ambassador collection and so far they've taken 625 dollars from our account. i couldn't find a contact number for them but i find out that they are under the name of nationwide cash 1866-808-0936. for anyone whose trying to find out where your money is going that's the number.

They have taken 970 dollars from my account for a $300 loan. I can not find any numbers to contact them. If anyone has a phone number for them, please reply with it.

This is one of the worst companies to deal with! Make sure that you file a compaint with the ag in the state that you live in and the FTC. When you file the complaint so it by e-mail first and make sure that you cc nationwide aka ambassacor. I over paid them by 1k and I kept going on their live chat demanding a refund. They have this thing that you can get a transcript of your live chat e-mailed to you, so I fowarded it to the ag , the ftc, ICE (a division of Homeland Security that investigates cyber crimes) and I cc'd Nationwide. I did this for months, but they have finally left me alone - no refund - but off my back!

I have had this loan for about 2 pay periods and the loan was taking out 90 dollars and this pay period it took $140.00 which has caused my account to have a negitive ballance. I have also bounced some checks. Could this be explained to me why this has gone up so drasticly, without notice and can this be repaired?

It looks like you took out a loan that charges $90 per pay period to roll over the loan. And on your third roll over they charge $90 and then another $50 which is applied to the principal, and will deduct the roll over fee (probably a different amount next time) and then $50 again on top of that until the loan is paid off. What state are you in?

Your Ambassador company is taking money from my account. I never applied apply with your loan company.

Cornelia you are addressing the wrong party.We are a debt forum not a pdl lender. Please go to your bank and reverse the ach debits as fraudulent to get your money back. The contact info for this lender is in this topic.
If you are unable to get contact info,ask in another topic and we will gladly find it for you.I would also contact the consumer protection division of your state Attorney General's office to file a complaint.
