I need to speak to someone regarding my payment options. At present, I'm having you deduct payment right from my account. I'm changing all of my payment arrangements to the "Bill Pay" that my bank provides. I don't want two payments to come out per month because of this.

Welcome to the forums. As this board is a public platform, it will be helpful if you can mention the name of the company who has entered into a payment plan with you.
Or, you can contact the customer care cell of your credit company and arrange for a new payment plan with them. They will make necessary changes in your account details and will inform you about it.
