And GSFIL I need help on their information
In Utah we have the loan term is only 12 weeks so can I go after this payday loans and get refunds? or am I just out of luck Please help me in this regards

The debt counselor can give you advise on your financial situation. Since this is a holiday weekend, it might be a couple days before you are called.
As far as your payday loans, everyone can appreciate the situation you are in. If you scan through this forum you will find TONS of postings on the individual companies and how to send letters to get refunds. You can also find out which ones are legal in your state. Go to the google seach button on this site and put in the name of the PDL and any site postings on it will come up. Good luck and keep posting with any questions you might have.
