You need to send them a voluntary wage assignment revokation let
You need to send them a voluntary wage assignment revokation letter, stating you are revoking your agreement allowing them to do this, you will also need to give a copy of this to your employer. So by law they are NOT allowed to proceed with garnishment once you revoke it regardless of what they say and your employer also has to honor it. Most will and most won't even recognize these voluntary wage assignments unless they are done by court order. But better safe than sorry and revoke this voluntary assignment.

ok now i'm guessing i need to send this certified mail? just to be on the safe side? What if all i have for the internet lender is a po box? on my internet loan from ALL CREDIT LENDERS it is only showing a po box 589, plainfield, il 60544
You can also send it by e-mail and fax. And definately get a cop
You can also send it by e-mail and fax. And definately get a copy to your employer. Also you will have your fax confirmation page as proof they got it. But I would go somewhere that has a faxing service and pay for it, because if they get your work fax number they have been known to fax your personal business at work.

You can still send it certified mail if you dont want to fax it,
You can still send it certified mail if you dont want to fax it, The post office will put the notice in that p.o. box and when they come to get the mail they will also get notice.I recently did that with one of my collectors.
