Hi,
I made an account settlement with MRS Collection agency and Now that I have another person calling me about they account from the same company. What can I do about this? They are saying that they account was not settle for they amount that I told them but I made my payment by check.

Show the copy of your check to the collection agency to prove that you did the payment. Did you have anything in writing about the settlement before the check was written? You may speak to the supervisor and explain the situation occurred.
