Up to my neck in credit card debt

I owe 26000 on 3 Credit cards. I keep transferring from one card to another trying to keep the zero instres but I can not keep up. I have two babies and I need to provide for them firts. So far I am still on time with my paymenst but a few more months and I won't be able to keep up. I need help!!!
