I took out a loan from DMS marketing in Aug of 06, to this date the are still taking out 90.00 from my checking account every two weeks. How do I get them to stop? I have payed this debt back several times over. Is there any one out there who can assist me in recovering from this DRASTIC

What state do you live in, check out this website
paydayloaninfo.org and make sure they are following the laws in your state. Second you need to prevent them from taking anymore money from your account. You can either close your account, stop payment on the transaction or send them a letter revoking authorization to make any further debits from your account. Once you see the laws from your state it should help you determine if you have overpaid them and by how much. You may be able to send a letter asking them to consider the account paid in full or asking for a refund.

Check out this link, it talks about DMS and how others have had to deal with them. About the 5th or 6th post down it gives a link to a template letter. A few people have had success in getting refunds from this company.

Just to give you a heads up, you may start to get nasty emails or phone calls from DMS, but don't let them scare you. Let them know they have violated the the laws of your state and you will be filing a complaint with your Attorney General.
