i got a bit caught up with credit cards on top of student loans and feel like all i do is pay a lot of money on them and dont see the balance go down. i feel like im drowning...im willing to consolidate my debt at the lowest apr possible. all i do is transfer sebt from one credit card to another.

How much is your total debt? You have the options to consolidate or do a debt settlement if it's a huge balance.

It's isn't a good decision to shuffle debts from one account to another. You end up in paying a lot in fees and with interest. Call the credit company and do a negotiation. Take the help of DIY section here. If this doesn't work, hire a debt consultant for better negotiations with your creditors.
