Good for you! I wonder how frustrated they are, realizing that more and more people are beginning to know their rights. Maybe after this incident, they'll be more cautious about calling people at work!

I used to work in a call center where we were told to memorize pat responses for different situations, and the funniest thing about Bass is that noone ever gave these clowns a pat response for what to do when someone sees through their garbage and gives it back to them!

When this William guy had called me threatening with all of their scare tactics, I had told him that he is violating the fdcpa, he really couldn't say anything else, but "hold on, let me get my supervisor on the phone." BTW, this William sounded very illiterate and had bad grammar, like maybe he didn't finish high school or something. :shock:

Ask them if you can go to a specific location because you hear they make awsome pork n beans on wednesdays.

Wow, I wish I had found this forum BEFORE I called the credit agency earlier today.

kscornell, I already told you that when I take over their salon you will get a very LARGE discount on any hair service you need! And Sonny will be sweeping up the hair clippings and cleaning the toilets!

Make sure William helps Sonny with cleaning up!!

He is going to take out the garbage and prepare the food for the snack bar and buffet, he will also be the errand boy. I can't leave the store everytime I need a Pepsi and a pack of cigarettes. Somebody has to do that for me.

Make sure he addresses you by, "yes maam" :lol:
