Contact Macy's credit services. You can get the number from the macy's Website and click on the credit services link.
I had a Marshall Field's card that I opened in 2002 ... charged
I had a Marshall Field's card that I opened in 2002 ... charged $45 on it, paid it off the next month, and never used it again. Marshall Field's was reporting a zero-balance up until 2004, then they stopped reporting altogether.
When Macy's bought Marshall Fields, they bought all the credit card account too. I noticed on my credit report back in June 06, that "MCYDSNB" showed up out of the blue and started reporting my Marshall Fields card again. They are reporting zero-balance/current account; so I'm not disputing it because it looks good on my credit.
