Hello, I am a "military" combat contractor and have just set foot on US soil after days of transportation activities from a very nasty little hostile forward operating base in Iraq where being subject to mortars, rockets and small arms fire are part of my normal day. I am here because I recently received an email that informed me that my 87 year old Mother had been defrauded out of her barely adequate retirement money by theft and deception for which the Hess Kennedy firm, (and any other name they choose to use or affiliate with in agency at the moment)are party to.! Here is the bottom line for the HK legal trash: It took "ME" very little effort to track you and the money from inception to deception then to someplace you will wish I never found, and you have your dirty little fingers in every related sector of this soon to be extinguished legally sheltered felonious practice. Now my search for a global firm of presedent setting legal champions can begin. Oh.......just you will be warm and fuzzy about this; I set aside an amount of money on high side of five figures to compensate or retain the best I can find....just for you and yours...!!!

Welcome to the forum!!! I don't know if you did a search for Hess Kennedy, which then led you to this site, but we are not affiliated with them whatsoever. This is a forum for people trying to become debt free. There are forum members who have or are currently using Hess Kennedy to try and settle their debts, so there are some posts on here about them. If you used Google or a similar search engine, one of the posts on here that mentioned Hess Kennedy probably came up as a relevant link for your search.
I am sorry to hear that your mother has been victimized, and I hope you are able to recover her money.
