I am so excited. I received letters from my Consumer Affairs division that they were forwarding my complaints to Attorney Generals and Division of Banking and Fraud of each of states that I have overpayed IPDLs. I received letters from 2 states today, Nevada and South Dakota stating they are pursuing my complaints with the companies and they sent me a copy of letter they sent to each of companies DEMANDING refunds or face further prosecution for "illegal activities". Now I am waiting for response from companies. After sending letter to 1 that complaints had been filed, that PDL company has already issued a refund to me. Maybe I'll get rest of overpayments. Keep filing complaints against these companies.
