mounting debt

we are in the military stationed overseas, to return to States next summer. Fear mounting interest on unsecured debt will be out of control. Can we begin a plan now?

Thank you for serving our country and keeping us free! You should start a plan now. Actually I think there is a statute on protecting some military families that are on active duty from interest/penalties etc on unsecured debt. If anyone else knows about that please post.
