i have a question i had to close my account because of pdl some of them i dont even remember getting i received a phone call today from a man named tom from united processing division telling me that i had til 1 pm to pay 587.00 or else papers would be sent to my county for fraud this pdl company he is collecting for has not called me once and i just closed the account 4 months ago they were taking money left and right i was never contacted to see if i wanted to pay it off or anything they just kept taking money my payday was every 2 weeks and they were taking it every week the loan was probably 2 onths old i want to know if they can take you the court over this he even went so fas as to tell me that they could close my car and house loans and any other loans i may have and that i would be reported to the bank for faud and that i would not be able to get a loan for 3 years has anyone heard of this company i didnt have the 587 so he asked me to send 250 thru money gram i did that onloy because i have children and i cant afford to go to jail for fraud the pdl was with sjm i think he said when i sent the 250 he told me to send it to united pay services can someone tell where i can get help i have about 5 more of these pdl

Next, calm down. I hate when PDLs do this to people. They can only send your account to collections first honey and not threaten to send papers to the the county and have you in jail. That is not the way it works.
You said something about having 5 payday loans. What other companies do you have and are they internet and/or storefront? How much do you actually owe? Do you have paperwork with you indicating what you owe?
What state are you in? Do you know the laws in your state regarding payday loans?
Do not let these people scare you the way they are trying to. I understand you have children, quite a few people on this thread have children and these loan sharks which is what they are, are atttempting to scare you into paying for something that you don't have to pay for.
If you closed your account, how is that they are still taking money out of it?
I might be able to assist you further in what your options are if you would give me a little more information.

they are not getting money out i had to do a money gram for this today i dont know the laws in nc where can i find them some of these loans i didnt even know were approved until i checked my account i had no paperwork nothing that is why i couldnt contact them first

i have looked up my state nc but i cant find it the website you gave me comes up the hastings group and nothing comes will some one please check my state and tell me exactly where to go and look and see if this people are legal in my state my state is nc
