I replied to a debt consolidation loan from Bank of America. I realized I made a mistake and that rate of 21 % was too much but i didn't know I was also going to be charged a transfer fee.I need help trying to get this debt paid down.

Welcome to the Community :D In consolidation, you can put all your unsecured debt into one monthly payment, with lower interest. Someone will contact you soon and discuss this option, as well as others you may have. You are free to take it or not. WElcome to the forums. Take Bossy advice and talk to a counselor anything is better than that 21 percent. Hopefully a counselor can help. That sure is a high rate. Best Wishes KYSIDE38
