This is certainly not legal. They cannot share your financial info with others. They can only talk to someone about locating you. Which loan company is doing this? You need to call the company and make them aware about their wrong actions. You also need to file complaints to the AG's office and the local BBB.
The names of the pdl are National Payday and Cash Doctors
They have even called my supervisor and told her the whole situation with my loans. Now my supervisor is telling me that I can not receive those calls at work and that I could even lose my job.
How can I stop these people? I am trying to make payments, but they want the amounts in full and won't negotiate.
Thanks.

Put the name of the companies here with whom you are dealing. Do a search in this forum and find if others dealing with them are having the same problems. You can take a print out and show it to your employer. Most IPDL companies are not licensed in many states. You need to check about their business and plan your moves in the right way.
So what am I supposed to do.
Because if I call them to tell them that they are doing illegal stuff, they turn it around and tell me to pay my bills, and that they are getting my paycheck. I just want to pay them, if they give me their address, a lttle bit at a time. Also, I am going to check to see if they are licensed in Florida. Just want to get this straight, if they are NOT listed on my state's licensed lenders, that means they can not come after me, right? Or should I see if they are licensed in their state?
Thanks to all of your responses and answers.
