Anyone ever get late fees/interest removed?

Has anyone ever have luck in getting a company or collection agency remove late fees AND except a payment plan? If so, how did you do it?
I want to pay off an old debt, but the late fees on it is quite ridiculous! I would love to "roll back" those fees and start making monthly payments...is that still possible?

Yes... they do but I had to get into a debt consolidation compan
Yes... they do but I had to get into a debt consolidation company in order for them to take a few fees away and wave future ones! Try a non profit consolidation company. I f you need any more help let me know!
