Does anyone know if they are legally licensed in Indiana to give loans? I've had a loan with them since I believe end of Sept or early Oct for 150.00 and have paid 59.00 fee every 2 weeks since. I do believe I have paid the full 209.00 and them some.....Any input would be appreciated....

Tweety this is one of the England companies I do believe. I wouldnt pay them anymore. You have overpaid. You can call your Secretary of State and see if they are licensed 99.9 percent chance they are not. These people are vultures. KYSIDE38

Tweety you are welcome and I was right according to texas. There are more of the England companies than I first thought. World Wide and ICS are the two I dealt with personally. They are ruthless people. I always got this call from somebody named OLA. Creeped me out. Well they are going down in my state as well thanks to the Attorney General. Best Wishes KYSIDE38

Here tweety71; something to help you *breathe*

Debtors' prisons were eliminated in the United States by 1850. In a few unusual situations, however, you can still be jailed if you:

willfully violate a court order, especially an order to pay child support
are convicted of willfully refusing to pay income taxes, or
are about to conceal yourself or your property to avoid paying a debt for which a creditor has a judgment against you.

are ya *breathing* better now?

*chuckle*
