CashDoctors are harassiming me

Well, today I get this call from this woman screaming at me asking me when I was going to pay for my loan. I asked her if she had received my letter, and she said yes. Then I told her, well obviously you didn't read it because I specifically asked to me contacted by email. She then told me (screaming) that she will continue calling me until I paid my loan. I then told her that they were not licensed in Florida thus making the loan null and void. She said that it didn't matter, and still screaming told me that I couldn't pay my loan because I was broke. (Duh!)So I told her to keep her voice down, and she kept screaming, so I hung up on her. The nerve that she has to call me after I told her not to call!!!
Now I am totally furious, so I typed another letter, reminding them to stop calling me, my employer, references, etc. or they will be reported to their Attorney General for harassment. I faxed it to them, which I know they received.
Other than that, I do not know what else to do with this company. Any suggestions?

Definitely, you must file your complaints to the legal places but you also need to consider the fact that they are calling you for the outstanding balance you have with them. The AG will investigate the company and CashDoctors will respond that you are not paying the balance. So, the AG won't do much in your case unless you have paid the principal balance. As the company is not licensed in FL, they are doing illegal business in your state and you need to report them to your state Dept of Corp.

I am also getting harassed everyday by this company National Payday Advance. This jerk has been calling my references and my supervisor to tell them that I am not paying my bills. Just making fun of me. I looked up their name on list/link that you guys have given out numerous times on ths site, and they are not listed. They are based out of Florida, from where I am, but their company name is not listed. Do you guys think that they are licensed to lend in Florida? I sent him an email asking him for his company's main name. Let's see if he replies.
