I am not normally one to rant but I needed to let off a little steam before I commit a few felonies!! :twisted: :twisted: Last Tuesday I went to court to adopt my stepson that I have been raising for the past 12 years!
The sperm donor decided he wanted to contest this hearing. He had nine witnesses to our measly three!
I swear the only true words out of their mouth were their names.Luckily I had one of them old fashioned judges that rules on facts. I spanked him and judge ruled that he is to pay all costs since he brought a cause of action that was not valid in our state. The reason his action was invalid was he has not had contact with this child ever!!!.I locked him up in jail before he would pay his child support and he never wanted to be a daddy so I stepped up to the plate.I have been daddy for twelve years now. Now I have judgement saying so and can change his last name.Something both of us have wanted for a long time.
Today I decided it was high time to fix my poor useless teeth.I spent 9 hours in that office and gave them $1925 mind you and I still gotta go back cause dentures don't fit right :cry: :cry: :shock: Yep gotta be there bright and early tommorow.Hell only good thing today was that pill they gave me before they pulled ten teeth out. Hell I have not been that lit up in about 20 years!!!!(Mod said I couldn't ment name but it was a very strong tranq.)

Cajun-sorry about your problems! I know about the teeth thing, I have been doing that for over a month-it gets really old! The only thing the pain med did for me was make me deathly ill!! My prayers are with you! Good Luck..Karen :D

Congradulations Cajun. Sue is right about the dad thing. You are a special person. When I had my back surgery I had to decide whether to be in pain or take my pills and stay up 24 hours. They make me hyper. LOL KYSIDE38
