Hi Everyone, How can I consolidate my Payday loans. Also, I have car payment I can't afford and I have bad credit. If I sell the car, I still will have negative equity. Suggestions?

Can you call your auto loan company to see if they can help your with your monthly payment? I was able to refinance mine a few months ago at a lower monthly payment and interest rate as well. My credit is not so hot either.

Can you afford to sell your car? Do you have another means of transportation? I would recommend that you contact your the loan company and talk to them about arrangments to pay the car loan off without completely damaging your credit. Your other option is what I did in 2000 and file for bankruptcy because I had no other choice. But I would recommend that you first try to make payment arrangements with the loan company and contact each of your payday loans companies and try to work out arrangements with them personally.
