I contacted my debt settlement Agency the real debt was 10.5K. Jonathan stated he was going to freeze my home equity loan and make it hard for my wife to renew her nurses license. He is not an anarbitrator just a mear strong arm bill collector. Before you deal with these THUGS make sure you contact your debt settlement agent. These guys will use scare tacts to get you to pay more than you must. I told Jonathan I had his conversation recorded and was going to contact NY Attorney Generalover his strong arm tacts. . . Guess What he has yet to call me again.
I say fight fire with fire! Burn their butts befor they can light the fire to burn yours!

lame credit collecting tactics
People please take it as golden rule that you should never in any way deal with these losers from collection agencies as that is all they are:Losers and they are wholly absent of power to do anything at all to you or otherwise affect your life other than to leave you impotent messages on you answering machine! When they actually do reach you on phone then merely laugh at them and hang up! Never ever in any form give written, voiced or any other clarification that you are responsible for the debt...It is always an alleged debt and those are only words you need! If you indicate in any way that the debt is yours then they can and will keep calling since the verification of debt was clarified by you in some way! Simply laugh and hang up on them and go about your day! Basically these freaks purchase your old debt from someone for pennies on dollar and then they try to make you pay monies to them of which you never owed anyway... Its a scam pure and simple so piss on them! Your old debt has already been written off as a charge off,etc so therefore you owe nopthing now and the damage is already done to credit so these idiots cannot do a thing to you except scam you into paying for something you no longer owe!
