i got this strange call.....

the other day i recieved a phone call from what i assume to be a collector. i had the phone number on my phone, today that number called again and left a voicemail. which i thought was odd, usually they just hang up, but the guy said that it is not a soliciation call and that it is "a very very important buisness matter for me " and i need to call him.
is there a way to find out whos calling by just a phone number?


That's a good site to use. Even easier is just to put the phone number into Google and see what comes up. That will typically give you the appropriate page on whocalled.us as well as any other references to the same phone number mentioned elsewhere on the web. Bloggers, for instance, talk about this kind of thing a lot, so you might find blog entries with useful and helpful information.
