You can pm Mike and let him know if you would like to have it sent to you in a check or transferred to your pay pal account. If you want a check mailed to you, you will need to include your full name and address in the pm to him.

Just click on the "you have ___messages" link to your upper left

Just click on the "you have ___messages" link to your upper left then click on new post. this will allow you to pm Mike. Just put his name in the user section at the top of the pm.
