As Ellis Crosby and Associates is under suspension of ninety days from 1 June, 2005, they cannot make any claim in this period. If they do, it will be an addition to their illegal actions. Don't make any payments to them within this period.

What happens to your money if you do pay them during this time? I paid them $560 before I found out about them.

I to have paid them money before I found out. I've paid them a total of 300.00.

I would also like to know what happens to the money we have paid them.

Hi,

During the suspension period a collection agency is not allowed to collect debt, so your payment is not transferred to their account, provided you made the payment on or after 1 June, 2005.
