Since Ellis Crosby and Associates have been suspended, do I still have to pay them money? Or should I wait until their suspension is over?
Thanks for any input

Hi Wondering,

Welcome to debtconsolidationcare forums.

As Ellis Crosby and Associates is under suspension of ninety days from 1 June, 2005, they cannot make any claim in this period. If they do, it will be an addition to their illegal actions. Don't make any payments to them within this period.

For more information on this topic you can go through the following post. I believe you will get useful information on the suspension of the collection agency.

Regards,
Bryan.

Hi,

During the suspension period a collection agency is not allowed to collect debt, so your payment is not transferred to their account, provided you made the payment on or after 1 June, 2005.

For more information regarding this topic, you can see the following post. A lot of thing is discussed there.

Bryan
